encouraging words

I watch this video over and over because I love it. To me, it's so inspiring and encouraging. I also think it maybe explains this compulsion I have with making things - whether it be sewing or crafting or scrapbooking. When I was little I remember feeling bad because I didn't feel like I had a definable talent, like singing or dancing. I am happy now to be able to develop talents in sewing and in making pretty things. It also confirms to me the gift of being a mother. There is nothing like knowing you are carrying a child that you and your husband created. I remember feeling so lucky to be able to carry Leah, feeling her move and knowing it was a special bond just between us. What a gift from our Heavenly Father!
